Return policy

A customer will be allowed to return the product he purchased from the website within 14 days through multiple options as explained below:

• The customer will be required to log in to his account on the website and select the order to choose the product he wishes to return Click on 'My Account' in the tab bar and log in.
• Navigate to "Account" at the bottom left of the page.
• Click on "Order History" to view your orders.
• Select the order you wish to return.
• Choose the items you want to return and click "Request Return."
• We will approve the return request and arrange collection from your home address.
• An email will be sent to the customer confirming the return of the product.
• Payment will be reversed back to the customer account/payment method he used for purchasing the product
• If the purchase was done through Cash on delivery method, the customer will be given a voucher equal to the value of the products (does not include shipping value) that the customer can use on gant.ae.
• Please note that the delivery fee cannot be refunded.
