When will I receive my order?

Orders within the UAE are typically delivered in 2-3 business days. For deliveries to other GCC countries, please allow 3-4 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, modifications like adding or removing items are not possible. To cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team via email customercare@gant.ae or use our WhatsApp: +971506172781

What shipping options and charges are available?


UAE Deliveries

  • Next-Day Delivery: (Delivery within 1 business day)
  • Standard Delivery: (Delivery within 2–3 business days)
  • Free Shipping on all orders across the UAE

GCC Deliveries (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)

  • Standard Delivery: AED 50 (Delivery within 3–5 business days)
  • Priority Delivery – KSA: AED 60 (Delivery within 2–3 business days)
  • Free Shipping on orders above AED 499

Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Card, Cash on Delivery (online only).

International Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be applied once the shipment reaches its destination country. These charges vary by country and are beyond our control.

  • Any applicable customs duties or handling fees must be borne by the customer.
  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on applicable charges prior to placing an order.
  • Please note that customs fees and taxes are non-refundable. If a delivery is refused, the cost of any customs duties already paid by the courier on your behalf will be deducted from your refund.

We accept Cash on Delivery, as well as the following payment methods: Debit Card, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby, Tamara (Buy Now, Pay Later), and Cash on Delivery (online only).

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item?

To return an item, please click here. Please note that beauty products, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for return. We currently do not offer exchanges.

What is your return policy?

We hope that you love your purchase. In case it's not exactly what you wished for, you can request a return within 14 days. Just follow the steps on this link.

How long will my refund take?

Your refund will be processed within one working day of receiving your return at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 5–7 working days for the money to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank's processing time. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Gant Gift Card

What is a GANT Gift Card?

A GANT Gift Card is a prepaid digital card loaded with a specific monetary value, which can be used for purchases on our website.

How will the GANT Gift Card be delivered?

Gift Cards are delivered electronically via email to the recipient.

How long is the Gift Card valid?

GANT Gift Cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

How can I check my Gift Card balance?

To check your balance:

1. Log in to GANT.ae.

2. Click on My Account.

3. Select Credits from the drop-down menu to view your Gift Card statement.

How do I redeem my Gift Card on the GANT website?

Redeeming your Gift Card is simple:

1. Log in or create an account at www.gant.ae.

2. Navigate to My Account and select Card Number.

3. At checkout, enter your 16-digit Gift Card number and click Apply.
